§ 5.3. Election of Charter-Created Commissioners,

Within thirty (30) days after the effective date of this charter, the city commission shall implement the procedures to fill the additional vacancies in the offices of the city commission, created by this charter, in the manner provided herein. The charter-created commissioners terms of office shall expire at the time the newly-elected commissioners assume the duties of their offices.
