§ 58-61. Change in rates and charges.

The city commission may from time to time, at any regular or special meeting called for that purpose, by resolution adopted by a majority of the commission, fix the rates and charges to be paid by the users of wastewater services rendered by the wastewater system. Rates and charges established by such a resolution shall replace the rates and charges as set forth in section 58-60 above.
