§ 54-42. Parking in Kindleberger Park.

(a)

Restricted. No person, firm or corporation shall park or allow to stand any motor vehicle in Kindleberger Park except on the paved streets therein as designated by appropriate signs, or upon other designated areas.

(b)

Penalty for violation. Any person, firm, or corporation violating this section shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $50.00 or imprisonment of not exceeding ten days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
