§ 46-32. Fixing time and place for hearing; notice of hearing.

Upon receipt of an assessment roll and certificate by the clerk, the city commission shall fix a time and place when it will meet and review such roll and shall direct the city clerk to give notice of such hearing. The notice shall specify the time and place of the hearing and shall be sent by the city clerk, by first-class mail, to each owner of property subject to assessment in accordance with law.
