§ 46-31. Certification and filing of roll.

Latest version.

When the assessment roll is completed, the assessor shall certify it as true and accurate to the city commission. Thereupon, the assessor shall file with the city clerk, a copy of the assessment roll and certificate, and it shall be available for public inspection.
