§ 38-79. Penalties.

Any person who violates any of the terms and provisions of this article shall, upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction, be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00 or imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both. Each day on which a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense under this article.
