§ 38-78. Fee schedule for city refuse tags.

The city commission does hereby establish the following fee schedule for a city refuse tag:
(1)

Washers, dryers, refrigerators, hot water heaters, stoves, freezers, dish washers, window air conditioning units or other large appliances, sofas, couches, large chairs, dressers, tables, boxsprings, mattresses, or other large furniture: $10.00 per item.

(2)

Any other item which cannot be containerized, weighs more than 30 pounds, is neither a large appliance or large furniture: $5.00 per item.
