§ 14.2. Officers of the City.

Latest version.

The elected officers of the City holding office on the effective date of this charter shall continue to hold the offices to which they were elected for the balance of the terms for which they were elected and shall conduct their several offices subject to provisions of this charter. When the terms of the elected officers shall expire, they shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of this charter.
