§ 9.8. Tax Roll Certified for Collection.

Not later than June 1 5 of each year, the assessor shall certify said tax roll, with his warrant attached thereto, directing and requiring the city treasurer to collect from the persons named therein the various sums mentioned and granting to the treasurer all powers and immunities possessed by township treasurers for the collection of taxes under law.
