§ 58-134. Penalties.

Any person or business not immediately ceasing to use water contrary to the prohibitions or restrictions, after warning, shall have water services suspended and/or discontinued until adequate assurances are provided that there will be no further usage of water contrary to the prohibitions or restrictions. In addition, the city commission may establish, from time to time by resolution, a service fee to be paid before reestablishing water service.
