§ 58-131. Authority to prohibit or restrict water usage; conditions.

When water reserves are low or at any time deemed necessary by the city manager to protect the health, safety and general welfare of the residents of the parchment area served by city water, the city manager may prohibit or place such restrictions on the usage of water as he deems necessary under the circumstances.
