§ 58-101. Definitions.

As used in this division, the following terms are hereby defined:
(a)

Meter shall be construed to mean any measuring device by which the quantity of water used by consumers is measured.

(b)

Consumer shall be construed to mean the person, firm or corporation owning or occupying the property in or upon which the water is consumed.

(c)

Service pipe shall be construed to mean the pipe which delivers water from the distribution main to the meter on the property being served and includes all piping and appurtenances up to the discharge side of the meter but not beyond.
