§ 58-63. Charges; when due and payable; penalty and interest for delinquency.

Latest version.

All charges for wastewater service shall become due and payable on the date indicated on each bill. A penalty of ten percent of the bill for service shall be charged on all accounts not paid on or before the due date as indicated on the bill.
