§ 58-46. Connection charges.

Owners or occupants desiring to connect any premises with any sanitary sewer shall pay for such connecting sewer at a rate to be determined by the city commission from time to time, provided that the number of feet of the connecting sewer charged for shall, in all cases, be not less than the total distance from the lot line to the center of the street or alley in which the sanitary sewer is laid.
