Pursuant to section 8395 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, Act 236 of the Public
Acts of 1961, as amended by Act 154 of the Public Acts of 1968, as amended, the parking
violations bureau, already established by previous ordinance, is hereby continued
under the direction, control, and supervision of the city manager.
