If, in case of fire or other disaster, it becomes necessary in the reasonable judgment
of the city to cut or move any portion of the cable facilities, the city shall have
the right to do so at the sole cost and expense of grantee. The city shall first endeavor
to provide notice to grantee and request that grantee, conduct the necessary work,
if possible. The grantee shall bear all costs of reinstallation, repair, and other
costs resulting from or arising out of the emergency cutting or removal of the cable
system.
