§ 50-11. Definition.

"Satellite antenna" shall be defined as a dish antenna, the purpose of which is designed for use as an on earth based station for the reception of communications or other signals from orbiting satellites or other extraterrestrial sources together with such other incidental transmission equipment related to such purpose.
