§ 42-204. Penalty for violation.

Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00 or imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
