§ 42-157. Municipal civil infractions.

Latest version.

Any person who violates or fails to comply with the rules and regulations adopted under this article shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction. A civil fine, including costs, shall be imposed according to the schedule adopted by the city commission.

Violation of this article shall be a civil infraction punishable as follows:
First offense: $25.00

Second offense within one year: $50.00

Third offense within two years: $100.00

Fourth offense within three years: $200.00

Each day shall constitute a separate offense.
