§ 42-49. Penalty for violations.

Any applicant which does not comply with any condition or provision herein shall, upon conviction by any court of competent jurisdiction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00. Each day on which a violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation for which the applicant may be fined accordingly.
