§ 38-91. Definitions.

Open burning as used in this chapter is defined as the burning of materials such as trash, grass, paper, refuse, rubbish, garbage, brush, leaves, building materials and other debris for purposes of disposal.

Portable fireplace as used in this chapter is defined as a commercially available container constructed of masonry or metal with a spark arrestor with openings no larger than three-fourths of an inch.
