§ 38-51. Definitions.

The following definitions shall apply in the interpretation and enforcement of this article:

Brush means trimmings from trees, bushes and hedges, including tree limbs and branches, from a person's property provided that they are not longer than eight feet with a maximum diameter of six inches.

Yard waste means grass clippings; fallen leaves; weeds; flowers; leafy plants and other vegetation, dead, alive or dormant.
