§ 26-58. Penalties for violations.

Any person who violates or continues to violate any provisions of the division beyond the time limit for compliance set forth by the manager, notice of violation or compliance schedule established by the manager shall be subject to a fine in an amount not to exceed $500.00 and/or a term of imprisonment of up to 90 days. If the violation is continuing one, each day of such violation shall constitute a separate violation.
