§ 26-29. Determination of applicability.

It shall be the responsibility of any person owning real property and/or owning and operating a business within the city corporate limits to make a determination of the applicability of sections 26-21 through 26-30 as it pertains to the property and/or business under his or her ownership or operation and his or her failure to do so shall not excuse any violations of said sections.
