§ 18-23. Licensed occupations.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to operate for hire within the corporate limits of the city any pool room, billiard room, bowling alley, dance hall, skating rink, gasoline filling station, any theatre or other place of similar nature, or to collect garbage within the city, without first obtaining a license therefore, as hereinafter provided.
