§ 16-4. Charges for arson or any suspected criminal activity.

Where city of parchment fire department personnel and equipment responds to any suspected criminal activity or fire later determined by an appropriate fire marshal to be arson, the responsible party or parties shall be liable to the city for the costs of response as set forth hereinafter.
