§ 10-37. Penalties.

Any person who violates the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.00, imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 90 days, or both.

In addition, after there has been a second conviction under this article for a specific property, irrespective of whether the same person has been convicted both times, the City of Parchment may abate the nuisance as hereinafter set forth.
