§ 10-31. Definitions.

The following definitions shall apply to this article:

Person shall mean any of the following: The titled owner of real property, the lessee of real property or any adult in control or in possession of the property.

Property shall mean both the real property and any buildings on the real property.

Waste shall mean urine or feces.
