  • ORDER NO. 1

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 1 is hereby issued by the city commission under section 2.25 of said ordinance, as follows:

    1.

    No person, firm or corporation shall park or allow to remain standing on any city street any vehicle between the hours of 3:00 a. m. and 6:00 a.m.

    ORDER NO. 2

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 2 is hereby issued by the city commission under section 2.25 and section 2.31 of said ordinance as follows:

    1.

    "Yield right-of-way" signs have been erected upon the approach to the following corners at the following intersections:

    Northwest corner of Orient and Glendale streets.

    Northwest corner of Orient and Park streets.

    Southeast corner of Hubbard and Park streets.

    Northwest corner of Hubbard and Park streets.

    Southeast corner of Hubbard and Glendale streets.

    Northwest corner of Hubbard and Glendale streets.

    Southeast corner of Hubbard and Parchmount streets.

    Northwest corner of Hubbard and Parchmount streets.

    ORDER NO. 3

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 3 is hereby issued by the city commission under section 2.25 and section 2.36 of said ordinance, as follows:

    1.

    No person, firm or corporation shall park, cause to be parked, or allowed to remain, any vehicle on the west side of South Riverview Drive from the driveway to the KVP Laboratory to a point 25 feet North of said driveway and appropriate signs shall be erected to restrict said parking.

    ORDER NO. 4

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 4 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.25 and section 2.36 of said ordinance as follows:

    1.

    No person, firm or corporation shall park or cause to be parked or allow to remain any vehicle on the north side of East Glenguile Street from Riverview Drive East to a point 75 feet east of Riverview Drive and appropriate signs shall be erected to restrict said parking.

    ORDER NO. 5

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 5 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance as follows:

    No person, firm or corporation shall park or cause to be parked or allow to remain any vehicle on the north side of West Glenguile Street from Riverview Drive west to Keyes Drive and appropriate signs shall be erected to restrict said parking.

    ORDER NO. 6

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 2 is hereby issued by the city commission under section 2.25 and section 2.31 of said ordinance as follows:

    1.

    "Yield right-of-way" signs have been erected upon the approach to the following corners and locations at the following intersections:

    Southwest corner of Island and Everett.

    Northwest corner of Island and Eunice.

    East side of Island at Everett.

    Southwest corner of Thomas and Orient.

    Northwest corner of Thomas and Groveland.

    Southwest corner of Thomas and Groveland.

    2.

    A driver of any vehicle approaching such a sign shall slow said vehicle to a reasonable speed for existing conditions of traffic and visibility and shall yield the right-of-way to all traffic on the intersecting street which is so close as to constitute an immediate hazard.

    3.

    "Stop" signs have been erected upon the approach to the following corners at the following intersections:

    Northwest corner of Parchmount and Orient.

    Southeast corner of Orient and "G" Avenue.

    Southeast corner of Groveland and "G" Avenue.

    4.

    A driver of any vehicle approaching such sign at such intersection shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering or crossing such intersection and shall proceed with caution after yielding right-of-way to all vehicles approaching said intersection on the intersecting street which have entered said intersection or are so close as to constitute an immediate hazard.

    ORDER NO. 7

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 7 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.25 and section 2.36 of said ordinance as follows:

    No person, firm or corporation shall from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on any day except Sundays or holidays park or cause to be parked or allow to remain any vehicle on the north or south side of Glendale Boulevard from Riverview Drive to Maple Street for a period of greater than two (2) hours. An appropriate sign shall be erected to notify the public of said restriction. (This traffic control order supersedes a previous regulation prohibiting parking during said time for greater than one hour.)

    ORDER NO. 8

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 8 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance as follows:

    No person, firm or corporation shall park or cause to be parked or allow to remain any vehicle:

    (1)

    At any time on the north side of Espanola Avenue from Riverview Drive to a point 135 feet east of Riverview Drive.

    (2)

    At any time on the south side of Devon Street from Riverview Drive to a point 135 feet east of Riverview Drive.

    (3)

    At any time on the south side of Park Drive from Riverview Drive to the building housing the restrooms for Kindleberger Park.

    All persons when operating a motor vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to vehicles on the intersecting streets as follows:

    (1)

    When entering Espanola Avenue from Sturgis Road.

    (2)

    When entering Espanola Avenue from Hamilton Road.

    (3)

    When entering Espanola Avenue from Houston Road.

    (4)

    When entering Spanish Road from Parkdale Boulevard.

    (5)

    When entering Spanish Road westbound on Espanola Avenue.

    (6)

    When entering Devon Avenue southbound on Sturgis Road.

    Appropriate signs to give notice of the foregoing traffic control orders shall be erected.

    ORDER NO. 9

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 9 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance, as follows:

    1.

    (Amended by Order No. 21, adopted November 18, 1968.)

    2.

    No person, firm or corporation shall park or cause to be parked or allow to remain any vehicle on Island Avenue from Riverview Drive to the right-of-way of the New York Central Railroad on either the North or the South side of said Island Avenue, unless said vehicle shall be parked or allowed to remain parallel to the curbing on said road.

    Appropriate signs to give notice of the foregoing traffic control orders shall be erected.

    ORDER NO. 10

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 10 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance as follows:

    1.

    Vehicles proceeding on Roberts Lane shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles proceeding on Wilson Avenue at the intersection of said two streets.

    2.

    Vehicles proceeding on Link Lane shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles proceeding on Shoppers Lane at the intersection of said two streets.

    3.

    No person, firm or corporation shall park or cause to be parked or allow to remain for a period greater than one hour from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on any day of the week except Sunday or a legal holiday any vehicle on either the north or the south side of Link Lane from its westerly to its Easterly terminations.

    Appropriate signs to give notice of the foregoing traffic control orders shall be erected.

    ORDER NO. 11

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 11 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance as follows:

    No person, firm or corporation shall park or cause to be parked or allow to remain for a period greater than one hour from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on any day of the week, except Sunday or a legal holiday, any vehicle on either the north or the south side of Commerce Lane from Riverview Drive to Shopper's Lane.

    Appropriate signs to give notice of the foregoing traffic control orders shall be erected.

    ORDER NO. 12

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 12 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance, as follows:

    1.

    Vehicles proceeding on Elmhurst shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles proceeding on Glenguile in the intersection of said two streets.

    2.

    Appropriate signs to give notice of the foregoing Traffic Control Order shall be erected.

    ORDER NO. 13

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 13 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance, as follows:

    1.

    The maximum speed on Riverview Drive from the south city limits to the north city limits shall be thirty (30) miles per hour; provided, that this Traffic Control Order shall not be deemed to waive provisions of Section 5.9 of said Ordinance No. 18.

    2.

    Appropriate signs to give notice of the foregoing Traffic Control Order shall be erected.

    ORDER NO. 14

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 14 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance, as follows:

    1.

    The maximum speed on the entire length of Commerce Lane shall be thirty (30) miles per hour; provided, that this traffic control order shall not be deemed to waive provisions of Section 5.9 of said Ordinance No. 18.

    2.

    Appropriate signs to give notice of the foregoing traffic control order shall be erected.

    ORDER NO. 15

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 15 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance, as follows:

    1.

    The maximum speed on Link Lane and Shoppers Lane shall be thirty (30) miles per hour; provided, that this traffic control order shall not be deemed to waive provisions of Section 5.9 of said Ordinance No. 18.

    2.

    Appropriate signs to give notice of the foregoing traffic control order shall be erected.

    ORDER NO. 16

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 16 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance as follows:

    1.

    All parking of motor vehicles on Riverview Drive from the south to the north city limits of the City of Parchment shall be parallel to the street.

    2.

    No person, firm, or corporation shall park or cause to be parked, or allow to remain, for a period greater than one hour from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on any day of the week except Sunday or a legal holiday, any vehicle in the following locations:

    A.

    Riverview Drive between Hercules Avenue and Glenguile Street, except for areas on which no parking is allowed.

    B.

    Oak Grove Avenue between Wilson Avenue and Church Street.

    C.

    Parchmount Avenue between Riverview Drive and Maple Street.

    ORDER NO. 17

    No Parking on north side of Thomas Street from North Riverview Drive to Elmhurst.

    Order No. 18, dated June 3, 1968, replaced and repealed by Order No. 24, dated March 17, 1969.

    ORDER NO. 19

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 19 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance, as follows:

    1.

    All motor vehicles proceeding on Maple Street shall come to a complete stop and yield the right-of-way to all vehicles on Glendale Boulevard before entering onto Glendale Boulevard.

    2.

    All motor vehicles proceeding on Wilson Avenue shall come to a complete stop and yield the right-of-way to all vehicles on OakGrove before entering onto OakGrove.

    ORDER NO. 20

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 20 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance, as follows:

    All motor vehicles proceeding on Keyes Drive shall come to a complete stop and yield the right-of-way to all vehicles on Glenguile Street before entering onto Glenguile Street.

    2.

    All motor vehicles proceeding on Thomas Street shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles on Keys Drive before entering onto Keyes Drive.

    3.

    No Parking shall be permitted at any time on the South side of Glenguile Street from a point 265 feet West of Riverview Drive to a point 315 feet West of Riverview Drive.

    ORDER NO. 21

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 21 is hereby issued amending Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 9 adopted November 16, 1964, insofar as said Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 9 is in conflict with the following:

    1.

    No person, firm, or corporation shall park or cause to be parked or allow to remain for a period greater then three (3) hours from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on any day of the week except Sunday or a legal holiday, any vehicle on the south side of Island Avenue from Riverview Drive to the right-of-way of the New York Central Railroad.

    2.

    Appropriate signs to give notice of the foregoing traffic control amendment shall be erected.

    ORDER NO. 22

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 22 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance as follows:

    1.

    All motor vehicles proceeding on HayMac Drive shall come to a complete stop and allow the right-of-way to all vehicles on G Avenue before entering onto G Avenue.

    2.

    All motor vehicles proceeding on HayMac Drive shall come to a complete stop and allow the right-of-way to all vehicles on Clarnin Street before entering onto Clarnin Street.

    3.

    Appropriate signs to give notice of the foregoing traffic control order shall be erected.

    ORDER NO. 23

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 23 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance as follows:

    1.

    No parking shall be permitted at any time on the North side of Glenguile Street from its intersection with Elmhurst Avenue to a point 400 feet East of Elmhurst Avenue.

    2.

    Appropriate signs to give notice of the foregoing traffic control order shall be erected.

    ORDER NO. 24

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 24 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance. This Traffic Control Order to [shall] replace and repeal Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 18 heretofore adopted on the third day of June 1968.

    1.

    No motor vehicular traffic shall be permitted in the following areas of Kindleberger Park:

    A.

    On the North branch of Park Drive west of a point 850 feet west of the north and south quarter line of Section 2, Town 2 South, Range 11 West, and

    B.

    On the South Branch of Park Drive from a point 250 feet west of the north and south quarter line of said Section 2 to a point 500 feet east of the intersection of Park Drive and Maple Street.

    ORDER NO. 25

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 25 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance, as follows:

    1.

    All motor vehicles proceeding north and south on Church Street shall come to a complete stop and yield the right-of-way to vehicles proceeding either direction on OakGrove Avenue before entering onto OakGrove Avenue.

    2.

    No parking shall be permitted at any time on the east side of Church Street from the intersection of Church Street and OakGrove Avenue to a point sixty feet (60) north of said intersection.

    ORDER NO. 26

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 26 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance, as follows:

    1.

    All motor vehicles proceeding north and south on Orient Street shall come to a complete stop before entering into the intersection of Orient Street with Thomas Street.

    2.

    All motor vehicles proceeding East on Thomas Street shall come to a complete stop before proceeding into the intersection of Thomas Street with Orient Street.

    ORDER NO. 27

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 27 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.36 of said ordinance, as follows:

    1.

    No parking shall be permitted between the hours of 8:15 and 8:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive on the North side of OakGrove Street from its intersection with Riverview Drive west for a distance of 290 feet north of Riverview Drive.

    2.

    No vehicles shall be parked for a period in excess of one hour from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on any day except Sunday on the north side of OakGrove Street from its intersection with Riverview Drive west for a distance of 290 feet North of Riverview Drive.

    ORDER NO. 1

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 60 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 1 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance, as follows:

    No vehicle shall be parked at any time on the north side of Parchmount Avenue from Church Street west for a distance of 250 feet.

    ORDER NO. 2

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 60 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 2 is hereby issued, pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance, as follows:

    1.

    No motor vehicle shall be operated at any time in Kindleberger Park at a speed in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour.

    2.

    All motor vehicles proceeding north on Eunice shall yield the right-of-way to vehicles proceeding in either direction on Island Avenue before proceeding into Island Avenue.

    3.

    All motor vehicles proceeding south on Eunice shall yield the right-of-way to vehicles proceeding in either direction on Hercules before proceeding into Hercules.

    4.

    All motor vehicles proceeding west on Glenguile shall yield the right-of-way to vehicles proceeding in either direction on Wilson before proceeding into Wilson.

    5.

    All motor vehicles proceeding west on Thomas shall yield the right-of-way to vehicles proceeding in either direction on Wilson before proceeding into Wilson.

    ORDER NO. 3

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 60 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 3 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance, as follows:

    1.

    All motor vehicles proceeding east on Glenguile Street shall yield the right-of-way to vehicles proceeding in either direction on Groveland Avenue before proceeding into Groveland Avenue.

    2.

    All vehicles proceeding west on Park Drive shall yield the right-of-way to vehicles proceeding east on Park Drive and turning north on Maple Street, and to vehicles proceeding south on Maple Street turning west or east onto Park Drive, before entering into the intersection of Park Drive and Maple Streets.

    ORDER NO. 4

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 60 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 4 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance, as follows:

    1.

    No parking shall be permitted at any time on the northeast side of HayMac Drive beginning at a point 270 feet west of the west side of Clarnin Street, and continuing north and west therefrom for a distance of 183 feet along said northeast side.

    ORDER NO. 5

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 60 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 5 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance, as follows:

    No parking shall be permitted at any time on either side of Hercules Avenue between South Riverview Drive and the Penn Central Railroad right-of-way.

    ORDER NO. 6

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 60 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 6 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    No person shall park a motor vehicle in Kindleberger Park except in area designated for parking.

    ORDER NO. 7

    Temporary Traffic Control Order No. 7, adopted November 4, 1974, modified by amendment adopted January 13, 1975, expired February 3, 1975.

    ORDER NO. 8

    WHEREAS, on May 5, 1975, the City of Parchment adopted Ordinance No. 80 entitled "AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE OPERATION, PARKING WITHOUT FEES, AND THE SPEED OF MOTOR VEHICLES UPON THE PROPERTY OF THE PARCHMENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, KALAMAZOO COUNTY, MICHIGAN, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENFORCEMENT AND IMPOSING OF PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF IN THE SAME MANNER AS OTHER ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARCHMENT", and

    WHEREAS, by the terms of said Ordinance the Uniform Traffic Code for Michigan cities, townships, and villages was made applicable to property of the Parchment School District, and:

    WHEREAS, Section 2.53 of said Ordinance allows the establishment of Traffic Control Orders;

    NOW, THEREFORE, the following traffic control order is adopted:

    Section 1.  No person shall park a motor vehicle at any time on those portions of the school property shown on the attached drawing marked "No Parking Anytime".

    Section 2.  No person shall park a motor vehicle from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on days when school is in session or during school functions on the portion of the school property shown on the attached drawing marked "No Parking School Days or School Functions".

    Section 3.  No person, except those with permits therefor, shall park a motor vehicle from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on days when school is in session on that portion of the school property shown on the attached drawing marked "Permit Parking Only".

    Section 4.  No person shall operate a motor vehicle on the private drives or on the driveway shown on the attached drawing except in the direction indicated by the arrows on said drawing.

    ORDER NO. 9

    WHEREAS, on May 5, 1975 the City of Parchment adopted Ordinance No. 80 entitled "AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE OPERATION, PARKING WITHOUT FEES, AND THE SPEED OF MOTOR VEHICLES UPON THE PROPERTY OF THE PARCHMENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, KALAMAZOO COUNTY, MICHIGAN, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENFORCEMENT AND IMPOSING OF PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF IN THE SAME MANNER AS OTHER ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARCHMENT", and

    WHEREAS, by the terms of said Ordinance the Uniform Traffic Code for Michigan cities, townships, and villages was made applicable to property of the Parchment School District, and:

    WHEREAS, Section 2.53 of said Ordinance allows the establishment of Traffic Control Orders,

    NOW, THEREFORE, the following Traffic Control Order is adopted:

    Section 1.  No person shall drive a motor vehicle on the driveway leading from "G" Avenue to the parking lot located adjacent to the Parchment High School, or on the said high school parking lot, at a speed in excess of ten (10) miles per hour.

    ORDER NO. 10

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 60 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 10 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Section 1.  No person shall park a motor vehicle on either the east or west side of Riverview Drive from Espanola to Parchmount Avenue during the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on any day of the week except Sunday.

    Section 2.  No person shall park a motor vehicle on either the east or west side of Riverview Drive from Parchmount Avenue to OakGrove Avenue for a period of longer than one hour between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on any day of the week except Sunday.

    Section 3.  No person shall park a motor vehicle on either the east or west side of Riverview Drive from OakGrove Avenue to G Avenue between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day of the week except Sunday; provided, that a motor vehicle with an operator in the vehicle may park on the west side of Riverview Drive between OakGrove Avenue and Glenguile between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. and the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

    ORDER NO. 11

    Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 60 was rescinded by Minutes of May 6, 2002.

    ORDER NO. 12

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 60 of the City of Parchment, Parchment Traffic Control Order No. 12 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    1.

    No vehicle proceeding in any direction at the intersection of OakGrove Avenue and Riverview Drive shall make a right turn except when the signal facing said vehicular traffic prior to its turn shall be emitting a steady green signal.

    ORDER NO. 13

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 60 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 13 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Section 1.  No person shall park a motor vehicle at any time on the south side of Parchmount Avenue between Church Street and Orient Street.

    Section 2.  No person shall park a motor vehicle at any time on the west side of Shoppers Lane between Commerce Lane and Riverview Drive.

    Section 3.  No person shall park a motor vehicle at any time on either side of any portion of Roberts Lane.

    ORDER NO. 14

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 83 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 14 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance, as follows:

    Section 1.  All unrepealed Traffic Control Orders heretofore adopted under Ordinance No. 18 and Ordinance No. 60 of the City of Parchment are hereby adopted by reference.

    ORDER NO. 15

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 83 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 15 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Section 1.  All vehicles proceeding on Avenue shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles proceeding on Hubbard Street at the intersection of the said two streets.

    Section 2.  The driver of any vehicle proceeding on Church Street shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of said street with Park Avenue, and shall proceed with caution after yielding the right-of-way to all vehicles on Park Avenue.

    Section 3.  The driver of any vehicle proceeding on Church Street shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of said street with Glendale Boulevard, and shall proceed with caution after yielding the right-of-way to all vehicles on Glendale Boulevard.

    Section 4.  The driver of any vehicle proceeding on Church Street shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of said street with Parchmount Avenue, and shall proceed with caution after yielding the right-of-way to all vehicles on Parchmount Avenue.

    Section 5.  The driver of any vehicle proceeding on Keyes Drive shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of said street with G Avenue, and shall proceed with caution after yielding the right-of-way to all vehicles on G Avenue.

    Section 6.  The driver of any vehicle proceeding on Parch Glen Avenue shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of said street with Church Street, and shall proceed with caution after yielding the right-of-way to all vehicles on Church Street.

    Section 7.  The driver of any vehicle proceeding on Maple Street shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of said street with Parchmount Avenue, and shall proceed with caution after yielding the right-of-way to all vehicles on Parchmount Avenue.

    Section 8.  The driver of any vehicle proceeding on Service Lane shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of said street with Commerce Lane, and shall proceed with caution after yielding the right-of-way to all vehicles on Commerce Lane.

    Section 9.  The driver of any vehicle proceeding on Sturgis Road shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of said street with Espanola Avenue, and shall proceed with caution after yielding the right-of-way to all vehicles on Espanola Avenue.

    Section 10.  The driver of any vehicle proceeding on Service Lane shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of said street with Link Lane, and shall proceed with caution after yielding the right-of-way to all vehicles on Link Lane.

    Section 11.  The driver of any vehicle proceeding on Elmhurst Street shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of said street with Thomas Street, and shall proceed with caution after yielding the right-of-way to all vehicles on Thomas Street.

    Section 12.  The driver of any vehicle proceeding on Hubbard Street shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of said street with Park Drive, and shall proceed with caution after yielding the right-of-way to all vehicles on Park Drive.

    ORDER NO. 16

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 83 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 16 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Section 1.  The driver of any vehicle proceeding westerly on Park Drive shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of said street with Maple Street and shall proceed with caution after yielding the right-of-way to all vehicles proceeding easterly on Park Drive turning north on Maple Street.

    ORDER NO. 17

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 83 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 17 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Section 1.  No person shall park a motor vehicle for a period longer than two hours at any time on Island Avenue west of its intersection with Eunice Avenue.

    Section 2.  No person shall park a motor vehicle at any time on Eunice Avenue north of Island Avenue.

    ORDER NO. 18

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 83 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 18 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Section 1.  The driver of any vehicle proceeding on Elsmere Street shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of said street with Elmhurst Street, and shall proceed with caution after yielding the right-of-way to all vehicles on Elmhurst Street.

    Section 2.  The driver of any vehicle proceeding on Roberts Lane shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of said street with Wilson Avenue, and shall proceed with caution after yielding the right-of-way to all vehicles on Wilson Avenue.

    ORDER NO. 19

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 83 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 19 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance, as follows:

    Section 1.  No person shall park a motor vehicle at any time on the South side of Glendale Boulevard from Riverview Drive to Maple Street.

    ORDER NO. 20

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 103 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 20 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance, as follows:

    Section 1.  No person shall park a motor vehicle at any time on the south side of West Glenguile Street from Riverview Drive to a point 250 feet west of Riverview Drive.

    ORDER NO. 21

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 103 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 21 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance, as follows:

    Section 1.  No person shall park a motor vehicle for a period longer than three hours at any time on the North side of Island Avenue from South Riverview Drive to Wilson Avenue; except this limitation shall not apply on Sundays and legal holidays.

    ORDER NO. 22

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 103 of the City of Parchment Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 22 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Section 1.  The driver of any vehicle proceeding on Groveland Avenue, either in a Northerly or a southerly direction, shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of said street with Thomas Street, and shall proceed with caution after allowing the right-of-way to all vehicles on Thomas Street.

    Section 2.  Traffic Control Order No. 6, insofar as the same conflicts with the foregoing, is hereby repealed.

    ORDER NO. 23

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 103 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 23 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Section 1.  No person shall park a motor vehicle at any time on the south side of Parchmount Avenue between Orient and Clarnin.

    ORDER NO. 24

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 103 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 24 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Paragraph 1. All vehicles proceeding west on Oak Grove Avenue shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering the intersection of Oak Grove Avenue and Wilson Avenue.

    ORDER NO. 25

    Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 25 was rescinded by Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 26.

    ORDER NO. 26

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 103 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 26 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Section 1.  No person shall park a motor vehicle at any time on the south side of Parchmount Avenue between a point beginning 180 feet East of the center line of Riverview Drive and ending 195 feet West of the center line of Church Street.

    Section 2.  Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 25 is hereby rescinded.

    ORDER NO. 27

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 103 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 27 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Section 1.  No person shall park a motor vehicle at any time on the east side of Commerce Lane from its intersection with Mosel Avenue to a point 187 feet North of Mosel Avenue.

    ORDER NO. 28

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 103 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 28 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Section 1.  No person shall park a motor vehicle on either side of Hercules Avenue from James River's private drive to Eunice Avenue for a period longer than two consecutive hours between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day of the week except Sunday. On Sunday, a person may park a motor vehicle on either side of Hercules from James River's private drive to Eunice Avenue without limitation.

    ORDER NO. 29

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 103 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 29 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Section 1.  No person shall park a motor vehicle or permit a motor vehicle to stand for more than fifteen minutes in the Middle School drop-off lane hereinafter described, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on days in which school is in session. The drop-off lane is described as:

    Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line of Glenguile Street with the westerly line of Riverview Drive; thence north 54° 20′ west on said southerly line, 7 feet; thence south 35° 40′ west parallel with the westerly line of said drive, 154.19 feet; thence south 65° 32′ 34″ west, 27.10 feet; thence south 35° 40′ west 150 feet; thence south 22° 49′ 52″ west, 32.41 feet; thence south 35° 40′ west, 190.49 feet to the northerly line of Oakgrove Avenue; thence south 89° 50′ east thereon, 16.34 feet to the westerly line of Riverview Drive; thence north 35° 40′ east, 540.29 feet to the place of beginning.

    ORDER NO. 30

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 103 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 30 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Section 1.  No person shall operate or park a motor vehicle in any manner contrary to, not permitted by or in violation of traffic control signs posted on the property owned by the Parchment School District used and known as the Parchment Middle School located at 307 North Riverview Drive, Parchment, Michigan, as set forth on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A. Exhibit A is hereby adopted as a part of this permanent traffic control order and incorporated by reference thereto.

    Section 2.  No person shall operate or park a motor vehicle in any manner contrary to, not permitted by or in violation of traffic control signs posted on the property owned by the Parchment School District used and known as the Central Elementary School located at 520 North Orient, Parchment, Michigan, as set forth on the map attached hereto as Exhibit B. Exhibit B is hereby adopted as a part of this permanent traffic control order and incorporated by reference thereto.

    Section 3.  All traffic control orders pertaining to these schools, which are contrary hereto, are hereby repealed and of no further force and effect.

    ORDER NO. 31

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 103 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 31 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Section 1.  All vehicles proceeding southbound on Orient Avenue shall bring their vehicle to a full stop (instead of yielding as before) before entering the intersection of Orient Avenue and Glendale Avenue.

    ORDER NO. 32

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 103 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 32 is hereby issued pursuant to section 2.53 of said ordinance as follows:

    Section 1.  All motor vehicles proceeding south on Eunice Avenue shall come to a complete stop and yield the right-of-way to all vehicles on Hercules Avenue before entering Hercules Avenue.

    ORDER NO. 33

    Pursuant to Ordinance No. 103 of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 33 is hereby issued as follows:

    During the hour from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and the hour from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., on school days and when the signs are flashing, no person shall drive his or her motor vehicle on North Riverview Drive between the signs in front of Parchment Middle School, located at 317 North Riverview Drive, in excess of 25 miles per hour. At all other times, no person shall drive his or her motor vehicle there in excess of 30 miles per hour.

    ORDER NO. 34

    Pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Ordinance No. 34 is hereby issued as follows:

    On the south side of Hercules Avenue, starting at a point 31 feet east of the eastern curb of the intersection of Hercules Avenue and Eunice Street and continuing 52 feet east thereafter, there shall be two parking spots marked and designated for handicapped parking only. No person shall park his or her motor vehicle in those spots except with a valid handicap sticker or plate.

    ORDER NO. 35

    Pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 35 is hereby issued as follows:

    No person shall park or stand on the north side of Island Avenue from the eastern edge of Lottie Street to 246 feet east of the eastern edge of Eunice Street.

    ORDER NO. 36

    Pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 36 is hereby issued as follows:

    No person shall park or stand on the east side of North Orient Street from a line which extends eastward from the southern most curb of Vale St southward to the northern most curb of Parchmount Avenue. No person shall park or stand on the west side of North Orient Street from the southern most curb of Vale Street southward to the northern most curb of Parchmount Avenue.

    ORDER NO. 37

    Pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 37 is hereby issued as follows:

    Section 1. A "NO PARKING - COMMERCIAL LOADING ZONE" area is hereby established on Service Lane within the following parameters:

    From a point beginning 100 feet from the center of Link Lane, north on the east side of Service Lane, ending at the intersection of Service Lane and Commerce Lane.

    ORDER NO. 38

    Pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 38 is hereby issued as follows:

    Section 1. A "NO PARKING ANYTIME - FROM HERE TO CORNER" area is hereby established on Park Drive within the following parameters:

    From a point beginning at Riverview Drive 150 feet east on the South side of Park Drive.

    ORDER NO. 39

    Pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Parchment, Permanent Traffic Control Order No. 39 is hereby issued as follows:

    Section 1. On the west side of Service Lane between Commerce Lane and Link Lane, starting at the Northwest corner of the intersection of Link Lane and Service Lane, then continuing 125 feet North to the point of beginning. From the point of beginning and continuing 75 feet thereafter along the west side of Service Lane, there shall be no parking at any time.
